What's included?
You will receive a certified working, ergonomic office or gaming chair.
Open-box products have been opened and then returned. We will ensure all parts are included and that the chairs are like new. Each chair will be rated as Excellent or Great, indicating whether it has remained in the box or has been previously assembled.
Ex-display chairs have been displayed in our trade showroom. They will be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and rated as Very Good or Good. These ratings reflect the overall condition based on superficial marks, scuffs, or scratches.
All Advantage chairs are fully functional and covered under our standard 10-year warranty and returns policy.

Our quality commitment is backed by a ten-year warranty on Generation 2 Elite office and Ultra gaming chairs. Discontinued Generation 1 models come with a 5-year warranty.
Your certified Advantage Open-box chair will come in its original box. Your Ex-display chair may be delivered in an unbranded but suitable box.
All our chairs come with free delivery and no-hassle 30-day free returns.
Advantage range grading system
Open-box Excellent
This indicates that the chair was delivered to a customer and then returned. The customer opened the box but did not assemble or use the chair. The box will be inspected and resealed, and the chair will be like new.
Open-box Great
This indicates that a customer has opened the box, assembled the chair, and tested it before returning to us. The chair will be like new, with some potential marks on the castors or minimal signs of assembly.
Ex-display Very Good
This indicates that the chair has been lightly used for demonstration purposes and has superficial scuffs. The chair has been thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and is in full working order.
Ex-display Good
This indicates that the chair has been lightly used as a demo chair and has scuffing or scratches on the metal and/or plastic. The chair has been thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and is in full working order.

An Ergohuman Open-box item is a chair that a customer has returned after opening and is sold again by Ergohuman. There are many reasons why customers return these open-box chairs, such as discovering they have ordered the wrong colour.
If the chair is graded as Excellent, then the customer has opened the box and not assembled the chair, meaning the chair will be as new.
If the chair is graded as Great, this indicates the customer may have built and tested the chair before returning within a 30-day period. The chair will have no faults or damage, but there may be some signs of light use on the castors.
Ergohuman Ex-display chairs have been displayed in our trade showroom, where customers may have tested them. These chairs have all been assembled and lightly used. They will show superficial markings, such as scuffs or scratches on the frame or base.
Our Advantage range includes a selection of Ergohuman chairs for a discounted price. You will find gaming chairs, Generation 1 and Generation 2 Elite office chairs.
What is currently in the range depends on any returns we may have and how regularly we update our trade showroom.

Open-box chairs will be graded as Excellent or Great.
Ex-display chairs will be graded as Very Good or Good after being thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
All chairs in the Advantage range are in complete working condition and have a full warranty.
No. We only sell chairs in complete working order. Any damage will be superficial.
The warranty on Advantage range chairs is the same 10-year guarantee we include with brand-new, sealed products. The only exception is with the discontinued Generation 1 office chairs, which will include a 5-year guarantee.
Please note that replacement parts are still available for our discontinued models if required.
Yes, we still offer no-hassle returns for our Advantage range chairs. You may return your office or gaming chair for free within 30 days in the unlikely event that you aren't satisified with the product. Explore the full returns policy here.
