Frequently asked questions
The Mirus has been specifically designed to provide all-day comfort, from top to tail. When you practice healthy posture, your blood flow is improved; you can breathe easily; there is less pressure on digestive organs; you'll focus less on discomfort. This seating experience lets you concentrate better on important tasks, including writing, researching, coworking, leadership, brainstorming, and more.
Mirus is certified for 8-hour use, but it's important to take regular breaks. We recommend leaving your chair for five minutes every 30 minutes to stretch and break up sedentary play.
The Mirus is a great choice for people with certain health conditions, including musculoskeletal problems, back pain, and sciatica. The ergonomic features, such as adjustable lumbar support and custom settings, ensure comfort for most people. However, always consult with a healthcare professional for personal advice.
It's easy to make adjustments to the Mirus chair. It features a simple lever control that operates the three most frequently used chair functions: seat height, seat depth, and back tilt.
You can also adjust the back height to fit the lumbar support perfectly to your back.
To adjust the armrests, push them from side to side, raise to lift, twist to angle, and pull the front up to tilt. For a detailed user guide, consult the manual that comes with your chair or watch our user video above.
